Pin your favorite Zoom buttons for fast access

In a previous blog post, I shared a tip on how you can rearrange your Zoom toolbar buttons by dragging and dropping them into your favorite order.

But what happens if a feature you use all the time, like Polls or Breakout Rooms, disappears from your main toolbar entirely? Zoom often hides these tools inside the More menu if your screen or window is resized. If you're tired of hunting through the More menu in the middle of a presentation or meeting, you can Pin them to your main toolbar.

It’s super simple:

1. During a Zoom meeting, click the More button (the three dots) on your bottom toolbar.

2. Find the feature you want to show on your toolbar.

3. Right-click that icon and select Pin to Toolbar.

Once you Pin a button to your toolbar, that button will stay in place across all future meetings and webinars until you choose to manually unpin it.
