Rearrange Your Zoom Toolbar
Today's tip is about making your Zoom meetings run smoother. Hosting a meeting can sometimes feel like juggling - especially when you're trying to present, manage participants, read the chat and launch breakout rooms. If you've ever fumbled around looking for the right button, there's an easy fix: rearrange the toolbar buttons in the order your want.
It’s super simple: Just click the button you want to move and drag it to a new spot (a blue outline shows where it will land).
