Is an uninvited "guest" sitting in on your Zoom sessions? 

Unauthorized AI bots are increasingly infiltrating Extension webinars, recording and transcribing your sessions without permission. Even worse, some bots use fake registration emails to scrape your content and repost it on public sites like WebinarTV.us or convert your private discussions into public podcasts. 

This isn't just a distraction, unauthorized AI assistants could expose sensitive data and compromise participants privacy. While the University is actively working to block major AI assistants, hosts should also stay proactive in securing their own virtual space.
