How to keep Zoom on top of all other windows
Today's tip is about keeping Zoom on top of all other windows during a meeting or webinar. When you are in a Zoom meeting and looking at multiple documents or multitasking, it can be frustrating to keep losing the Zoom window.
Here are two easy ways to keep Zoom on top of all other windows:
Floating thumbnail
- Click the minimize button on the meeting window.
- The main window will show as a floating thumbnail that stays on top of other applications. You can move it around your screen and resize the thumbnail to make it bigger.
- Click the double arrow on the thumbnail to expand it back to the the full meeting window.
Enable Keep on Top (Windows feature)
The Keep on top setting will keep the meeting window on top with all the meeting controls. You can resize the window and move it around your screen. To use this feature, right-click at the top of your Zoom window and select Keep on top. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + Ctrl + T.
