25 Minutes to Better Focus
Ever sit down to get work done and end up scrolling through your inbox 10 minutes later? This is where the Pomodoro Technique comes in. All you do is set a timer for 25 minutes, work on one task, and then take a 5-minute break. That's one "Pomodoro." After four of those, you treat yourself to a longer break (15-20 minutes).
This method turns big tasks into bite-sized chunks. You don't have to finish everything at once - you just have to get through the next 25 minutes. The breaks are important to come back feeling refreshed instead of drained. It's amazing how much you can get done when you focus. Try one of these timers to help you track your time:
