You can create a bookable appointment schedule page to let anyone with an email address choose from a limited set of times to meet with you. Appointment schedules are useful when you want to make yourself available for office hours, Q & A sessions, conferences, check-ins and same-day meetings while protecting the rest of your schedule. The appointment schedule feature is different from the appointment slots feature that you may have used before and will eventually replace appointment slots.
With the appointment schedule, you set your available dates and times, including the ability to limit the number of appointments scheduled each day and build in buffer time between appointments. You can set it for one-time appointments or as recurring dates/times and Google will avoid schedule conflicts for any events where you have responded “yes” or “maybe”. When setting up your booking page, you can choose to meet in person, phone call, Google Meet or you can add a Zoom meeting after the appointment has been set.

Sharing your bookable appointment schedule
The only way for people to view your booking appointment schedule page is by sharing the link or embedding it on a website. How appointment schedule visibility works:- If you share your calendar with others, they can't view your booking appointment page. They need the direct link to the booking appointment page.
- Anyone with your booking appointment page link can only view the times you’re available.
- If you share your booking appointment page and not your calendar, others can’t view events on your calendar.
