Did you know that we have Extension branded templates for Qualtrics? YES, THAT’S RIGHT! You can send out a survey with the University of Minnesota Extension brand and not just the generic University of Minnesota template. Make sure your surveys carry the credibility of the Extension brand. It’s a simple click to apply.
Here’s how you apply an Extension theme:
After creating your survey, modify the survey template by clicking Look & Feel.
In Look & Feel, you have a variety of templates to choose from. Note that there are
dynamic and
static themes.
- Dynamic themes are made up of a logo, primary color, and background image/color
- Static themes allow for more customization. (For example, the clover for 4-H surveys)
Click
Save in the bottom right-hand corner, and you’re done. (Remember you can also look at your survey by clicking the Preview button in the upper right-hand corner.)
The next time you create a survey, pick an Extension theme.
